Blindfold Painting Experience
Short Description
An interactive painting experience designed to encourage creative freedom, self-expression, and exploration beyond sight. By temporarily removing the ability to see their work, participants are invited to trust their intuition, connect with their senses, and embrace the unexpected through art.

The Concept
The Blindfold Painting Experience was created to challenge the traditional relationship between sight and artistic expression. I wanted to explore what happens when individuals release visual control and allow their senses, intuition, and natural movements to guide the creative process.
The concept shifts the focus away from creating a visually perfect piece and toward embracing uncertainty, curiosity, and freedom of expression. It encourages participants to experience art as a process of exploration rather than a predetermined outcome.
Creative Process & My Role

Experience & Impact

The experience offers participants an opportunity to engage with creativity from an unfamiliar perspective, encouraging them to navigate uncertainty and explore their artistic instincts.

By shifting attention from the finished artwork to the act of creating, the activity emphasizes self-expression, experimentation, and the freedom to make unexpected choices.

The experience is designed to demonstrate that creativity does not always require a clear vision of the outcome. Sometimes, the most meaningful part of the process is allowing yourself to explore without knowing exactly where it will lead.
